Dr. Marden Eduardo Torrijos is a dedicated Family Medicine and Primary Care Physician at Suvida Healthcare, renowned for his expertise in general medicine and the management of chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and hyperlipidemia. His medical journey began at Universidad Dr. Jose Matias Delgado in El Salvador, where he completed his medical education. He then further honed his skills with a residency in Anesthesiology at the Instituto Salvadoreño del Seguro Social, followed by a Family Medicine residency at the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Rockford, Illinois. Dr. Torrijos’s professional experience includes pivotal roles at Swedish American Hospital’s Five Points and Riverwest Clinics and an Assistant Professorship in the Family Medicine Residency Program at the University of Illinois Mile Square Clinic.
