Amanda is a Primary Care provider offering care to the Adult-Geriatric community. She holds a master’s degree in nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington. Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, she worked as a Registered Nurse since 2001, gaining experience in Labor and Delivery, the Intensive Care Unit, and Home Health. This background has been the foundation of the transcending bedside care that she has been able to incorporate as a Nurse Practitioner. Amanda is driven by a passion for serving her community and loves participating in her patients’ healthcare. She empowers patients with preventative care and lifestyle modifications while individualizing their healthcare needs. She strongly believes in a collaborative approach to care, involving patients, their support system, and other healthcare providers for better outcomes and success. Amanda is bilingual and fluent in English and Spanish.
Originally from El Paso, Texas, Amanda has been in the DFW area since 2016. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids. In addition, she loves traveling with her family and considers herself a self-proclaimed professional foodie.
